Hemp Brothers Hemp Seed Oil is made from 100% Australian cold-pressed hemp seeds. Hemp Brothers premium hemp seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids and has the expert-recommended 1:3 ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 that’s ideal for human health. Other healthful fatty acids found in hemp seed oil include oleic acid, gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), and stearidonic acid.
What’s more, hemp seed oil is an excellent source of the following nutrients:
- Vitamin E
- Carotene (vitamin A precursor)
- Calcium
- Magnesium
- Sulfur
- Potassium
- Phytosterols
Hemp Brothers hemp seed oil goes well on salads, in dressings, or added to smoothies, and has a delightful nutty flavour. However, we don’t recommend hemp seed oil for cooking due to its low smoke point of 150°C (300°F).
Hemp seed oil is best kept refrigerated. For long-term (6 months+) storage, you can freeze our hemp seed oil. One of the many wonders of hemp seed oil is that it remains a liquid even at freezing temperatures.

Serving Suggestions
Great for salads or to use in dips, sauces and smoothies. Use as a substitute for other oils in recipes that are not heated above 150C.
Storage
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Best to refrigerate after opening and use within 1 month.
